Yogurt 2024
Ingredients
- 2 cups distilled water
- 3/4 cup raw cashew pieces
- The contents of 4 probiotic capsules
Method
- Process cashews & water in high powered blender 7+ minutes until the steamy hot and emulsified (the consistency changes and no longer dances as high up the sides of the blender container)
- Poor into heat-safe glass bowl; cool to 108 degrees
- Stir in contents of 4 probiotic capsules
- Cover lightly and incubate in warm place for 12 hours. I use my oven’s dehydrate setting because it’s 100-degrees, but it’s not necessary.
Note to self: incubate temp range 108°F to 112°F
